This policy explains how vectorize-image handles information across this website, its free browser tools, the workspace, and support.

Free browser tools

Conversion in our free tools runs locally in your browser. We do not upload, store, or share the images you select in those tools. The website still uses analytics, as described below.

Workspace accounts and processing

The workspace uses Google sign-in. We receive basic profile information from Google, such as your account identifier, email address, name, and profile image, and use session data to keep you signed in and protect your account.

When you use cloud features, we process and store the files, prompts, and settings you submit, along with task records, so we can run your tasks, show your history, and deliver results. Some features, including AI features, rely on third-party processing providers that receive only the input needed for your request.

Standard vectorization in the workspace also runs in your browser, and its results stay there by default. If you choose Save to workspace, we store that SVG result and a preview image we generate from it; the original image is not uploaded. Saved results follow the same retention as other workspace files, and you can delete them at any time.

Payments and support

Payments are handled by third-party payment services, which collect your payment details and any billing information they require. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We keep order, subscription, and credit records to provide paid access and handle billing questions.

If you contact support, we use your email address, message, and any attachments to respond. Please avoid sending sensitive images or payment credentials.

Analytics, cookies, and browser storage

We use Google Analytics and a self-hosted analytics tool to understand how the website is used, such as page views, referrers, device type, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors.

The workspace uses cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. You can manage them in your browser settings, but blocking them may prevent sign-in. See Google’s explanation of Analytics cookies.

Data retention

Workspace files are stored temporarily and expire after a limited period, currently three months. The workspace shows each file’s expiry date. Expired files are deleted and cannot be restored, so keep your own copies of files you need.

Account, order, and support records are kept separately for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes.

Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed for authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payments, and AI processing. These providers may process data outside your country and handle it under their own privacy policies. Contact us if you would like more information about the providers we use.

AI processing is performed by Recraft (recraft.ai) under its own privacy policy; it receives only the input needed for your request.

Your requests and choices

You can use the free tools without creating an account. To ask about your personal data, or to request access, correction, or deletion of your data or account, email support@vectorize-image.app. We may need to verify ownership and may retain records required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, and the right to contact your local data protection authority.

Children and updates

The service is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support. We update this policy as the product changes and show the revision date above. For service and purchase rules, see our Terms of Service.
